MEET CHAD LOVE
Charles “Chad” M. Love, IV graduated cum laude from Denison University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and French. He then attended the West Virginia University College of Law, from which he received his Juris Doctorate in 1997. Mr. Love was a member of a prominent personal injury firm in Charleston from 1997 until 2014, when he founded The Love Law Firm.
Charles Love has extensive trial experience and focuses his practice on nursing home injuries, car accidents, commercial truck accidents, medical malpractice and premises liability.
As a member of the West Virginia State Bar, Mr. Love is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court for the United States of America, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Eighth Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.

Mr. Love has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in the area of general plaintiff litigation by Super Lawyers Magazine for the past ten years. He is a member of the West Virginia Bar Association and the West Virginia Association for Justice. Mr. Love has been elected twice to serve as one of the Kanawha County representatives to the Board of Governors for the West Virginia Bar Association.
When not practicing law, Mr. Love has also served various charitable organizations in the Charleston, West Virginia area and has been involved in youth sports for many years.
